• Account Data: Username, email address, display name, and password (stored securely with bcrypt hashing)
• Session Data: Authentication tokens, login timestamps, and IP addresses for security
• Usage Data: Service interaction patterns, feature usage, and error logs to improve the Service
• Generated Content: 3D models, images, audio, video, and other files you create using ZICORE tools
• Communication: Email messages sent and received through ZICORE Mail

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide the Service: Authentication, content generation, email delivery, and core functionality
• To improve the Service: Usage patterns help us identify bugs, optimize performance, and develop new features
• To ensure security: Monitor for unauthorized access, fraud, and abuse
• To communicate: Service updates, security alerts, and account-related notifications

Your data is stored on our infrastructure:

• Authentication: Passwords are hashed with bcrypt (never stored in plain text)
• Sessions: Tokens expire after 30 days and can be revoked at any time
• Encryption: Data in transit is protected via HTTPS/TLS
• Hosting: Infrastructure is managed by ZineMotion Foundation
• Backups: Regular backups ensure data durability

5. Your Content

Content you create using ZICORE tools (3D models, images, audio, video) belongs to you. We do not claim ownership. You may export, modify, and distribute your creations freely.

We may store your generated content on our servers to enable access across devices and sessions. You can delete your content at any time.

6. Email & Communications

ZICORE Mail processes email on your behalf. We do not read the content of your emails except where necessary for spam filtering, security, or as required by law.

Emails are stored in your mailbox and can be deleted at any time. We do not share email content with third parties.

7. Cookies & Local Storage

ZICORE uses local storage (not cookies) to:

• Store authentication tokens for session persistence
• Remember your preferences and settings
• Maintain UI state across page reloads

You can clear local storage at any time through your browser settings.

8. Third-Party Services

ZICORE integrates with limited third-party services:

• OpenRouter / Ollama: For AI inference (ZIO). Prompts may be processed by these providers subject to their own privacy policies
• Cloudflare: For DNS, CDN, and tunneling. Subject to Cloudflare's privacy policy
• GitHub: For source code hosting. Subject to GitHub's privacy policy

9. Data Retention

• Account data: Retained until you delete your account
• Generated content: Retained until you delete it or your account
• Email: Retained according to your mailbox settings
• Logs: Automatically purged after 90 days
• Sessions: Expire after 30 days of inactivity

10. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of all data we hold about you
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data
• Deletion: Request deletion of your account and all associated data
• Portability: Export your data in standard formats
• Objection: Object to processing of your data for specific purposes

11. Children's Privacy

ZICORE is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us immediately.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or via email. The "Last Updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
